Carversville Inn
This quaint little inn in rural Bucks County has been in business since 1813. On Sundays the Inn offers a Sunday brunch from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The Carversville Inn is owned and managed by Chef Will Mathias. They also offer lunch Wednesday through Saturday, and dinner Tuesday through Sunday. The Inn is a short 10 minute drive from downtown New Hope.

Cock N Bull Restaurant
This Bucks County Institution, . They start the Country Brunch feast at 9:30 AM and it runs until 2:00 PM. Their brunch features items like: eggs Benedict, omelets-to-order, scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, corn pudding, bagels, smoked salmon, roasted chicken, quiche, seafood, fresh cut meats, turkey and gravy, pastries, croissants, salads, fruits, desserts and more. The brunch costs $20.95 per person (children $9.95). The Cock and Bull also offers lunch and dinner 7 days a week, cooking demonstrations, wine, cocktails and beer. Full Moon
The Full Moon is located a short 2 minute walk from downtown New Hope in Lambertville, New Jersey. They offer offers the earliest Sunday brunch in the area that starts at 9:00 AM and it runs until 4:00 PM in the afternoon. The Full Moon also offers breakfast and lunch Wednesday through Saturday in a charming high ceilinged space with plants, aquariums, and retro neon signs. Full Moon is a BYOB restaurant.

Golden Pheasant Inn
The Golden Pheasant, a historic inn built in 1857 offers a Sunday brunch prepared by French chef Michel Faure, alongside the Delaware River and canal in rural Bucks County. The brunch runs from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and features selections like: eggs Benedict, eggs Florentine, soup, salad, omelets, seafood, French toast, pasta, dessert and more. One of New Hope's original funky cafes, Karla's opens for brunch on Sundays at 11:00 AM and it runs until 4:00 PM. Karla's offers an in-house bar, outdoor dining, great street views and more. They are open 7 days a week and late nights. They feature live jazz on Friday nights.

Lambertville Station
This historic restaurant, located in the heart of Lambertville NJ in an old train station offers two Sunday brunches that run from 10:00 AM till 2:30 PM. Their a la carte brunch offers selections like: soups, salads, eggs Benedict, salmon and lobster Benedict, steak and eggs, french toast, breakfast burrito, prime rib melt, crab cakes, sandwiches, burgers and seafood. Their "Riverside Champagne Buffet Brunch" offers items like: fresh breads, bagels, croissants, fresh fruit, cheeses, salads, smoked salmon, made to order Belgian waffles, omelets, eggs Benedict, sausage, bacon, potatoes, shrimp, roasted hams and turkeys, pastas and of course Champagne. This historic Inn in the center of New Hope will be offering a new Sunday Buffet Brunch starting on October 15, 2006. This extravagant brunch will cost $24.95 per person (12.95 children 12 and under), and will feature items like: omelets, waffles, french toast, bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs Benedict, seafood, hand carved meats, humus, fruit, roasted vegetables, salads, pastas, desserts and more. The Logan Inn offers lunch and dinner 7 days a week, alfresco dining on the patio, hotel accommodations and an in-house bar serving beer, wine and cocktails.

This New Hope institution for over 25 years, offers an early brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The brunch features items like: The New Hope Scramble (eggs, mushrooms, spinach, red peppers, artichoke hearts, and 2 cheeses), eggs Benedict, cinnamon french toast, brie and berry french toast, omelets, pfannkuchen, russian eggs and ham+eggs. Race Street is owned and operated by Chef Jon Dennison and specializes in contemporary Continental cuisine and is vegetarian friendly. Race Street is a short 30 minute drive from downtown New Hope, up NJ Route 29.

Washington Crossing Inn
This Bucks County landmark inn, located near the Delaware River serves a Sunday brunch from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM weekly. The brunch offers items like: almond French toast, Belgian waffles, eggs Benedict, cheese blintzes, omelets, fresh carved roasted meats, lunch entrees, bacon, sausage, ham, potatoes, bagels, muffins, desserts and fresh fruits. The inn offers fireside and alfresco dining, piano bar and lounge and banquet facilities. They serve lunch Tuesday through Sunday and dinner Tuesday through Sunday. The Washington Crossing Inn is a short 20 minute drive from downtown New Hope (currently the easiest route is down NJ Route 29 to Washington Crossing NJ and across the bridge to the Inn).

Zoubi Restaurant + Bar
Zoubi's offers a Sunday brunch starting at 12 noon in the heart of New Hope. The restaurant's regular fare features a fusion menu blending French, Asian and Latin American influences. Black Bass Hotel
The Black Bass, in operation since the mid-1700's, located on the Delaware River offers a Sunday Champagne Brunch that is a Bucks County tradition. Their brunch is served from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The brunch is served buffet style and features made to order omelets, crepes, bacon, sausage, home-style potatoes, eggs Benedict, a marvelous Bailey's chicken liver pate, smoked salmon mousses, pastas, gourmet salads, lox, cheeses, fresh fruit, desserts, apple pie and bread puddings. True to it's name, The Black Bass Brunch comes with champagne that is poured throughout your meal. This brunch is one of the best values in Bucks County. It costs $29.50 per person (children: 1/2 price, under 5: free) One word of caution, is that this brunch is very popular, and we recommend that you make a reservation.
