Erwinna is in Northeastern Pennsylvania, on the Delaware River across from Hunterdon County, New Jersey. The community is not incorporated, but it is part of Tinicum Township.

Erwinna is home to 2 bed and breakfast inns, 3 restaurants, a few shops and businesses, a covered bridge from the 1800's, a county park, The Erwin Stover House Museum, Tinicum Park, fine old Bucks County homes and barns, some of the most desirable real estate in the area, and a small post office.

It is most famous for the activities that are held every year in Tinium Park, the AKC Dog Show, The Concert Under the Stars with a symphony and fireworks celebrating July 4th, several antique shows, an art show, and Tinicum Park Polo.

Tinicum Park is owned and managed by Bucks County. The park consist of 126 acres of open space and woodlands. It offers playgrounds, picnicking, hiking, ball fields, boating, fishing, camping and an 18 hole disc golf course.

The town that is closest to Erwinna is Frenchtown New Jersey, which is 2 minutes north on River Road and across the Uhlerstown-Frenchtown Bridge.
