Erwinna is in Northeastern Pennsylvania, on the Delaware River across from Hunterdon County, New Jersey. The community is not incorporated, but it is part of Tinicum Township.

Tinicum Park is owned and managed by Bucks County. The park consist of 126 acres of open space and woodlands. It offers playgrounds, picnicking, hiking, ball fields, boating, fishing, camping and an 18 hole disc golf course.
The town that is closest to Erwinna is Frenchtown New Jersey, which is 2 minutes north on River Road and across the Uhlerstown-Frenchtown Bridge. Erwinna is about 14 miles or 29 minutes from New Hope and Lambertville. It is about 17 miles or 34 minutes from Doylestown. It is about 14 miles or 24 minutes from Flemington NJ. It is about 20 miles or 38 minutes from Easton.
