This is my hometown of Frenchtown New Jersey. I hereby nominate it for the honor of one of the most beautiful towns in America. This photo shows a scene along Bridge Street.


Over the next few days, I will be telling you and showing you why I think it deserves this honor.

Another reason that I love Frenchtown is the natural beauty of the land around us here. In this photo the sun is breaking through the light fog on an early morning when we went out for a walk along our hiking path. This shot was taken at the Nishisakawick Creek near the Delaware River.

Wow ...it looks really pretty their. I lived in Willingboro, New Jersey way long ago when I was a kid. I never knew of French Town. Is their a strong French history their, like New Orleans, or is that just the name of the town?

to me the most pictorial town is Annapolis in MD, ...at least the center with the town hall. it's so clean and really peaceful
