My Favorite Chicago Restaurants

I thought I would list some of my favorite Chicago restaurants for those who are going to be visiting the city this summer or in the future.

If you have any specific requests as far as cuisine just let me know as I eat out here all the time.

For Spanish Tapas I love Sangria which is right off of North Avenue. They also have the best paella I have tried outside of Spain. The seafood paella is the best.

For Chinese I always head to Lao Sze Chuan in Chinatown. There are a couple other places that are really good, but this place is very authentic and the prices are great.

Sushi lovers should try Sushi Samba or Kamehachi, there are several locations for Kamehachi in Chicago.

For lunch I like to go to Hugo's or Luz, both really great American cuisine.

My two favorite places in Chicago are Giodono's (sp?) for pizza and Geja's for fondue. I have heard good things about Sangria, but have not gotten around to trying it out when I am in Chicago.

Do you mean Giordano's? That place is good.

I love Geja's too, the perfect date place!

Alinea Restaurant Llc is my favorite restaurant among the entire restaurant all over the Chicago.

Never been there or heard of that restaurant so I will have to look it up. I am always looking for new places to try so the recommendation is appreciated.

you can then go to Buona Terra Ristorante.....it offers Awesome Italian food and a great Thurs. night special. just $22 for any appetizer or salad as well as any main dish, and dessert you like. Phenomenal. A bit loud...but it definitely worth a trip.
