My husband misses the 12 cup drip coffeemaker but I gave it away.
I got a free Senseo from their website to try and my coffee is so frothy and delicious that I rarely buy coffee out anywhere anymore. I love my senseo (and of course my vanilla creamer to go in the coffee!) and I'd rather drink my coffee at home than anybody elses and I used to get a latte or cappuccino out 4 or 5 times a week!
A friend of mine has a Senseo, she made me a cup of coffee from it and I was in love with it. The coffee was frothy and delicious I was amazed. The only thing about I don't like is that it makes 1 cup at a time.
It can make 2!
LOL The idea is that after it is brewed the coffee sitting on a warmer loses flavor quickly.
It is so fast to brew another cup too!
I drink coffee less strong than most so I use a 5 cup measuring cup and make 4-5 cups at a time. I just pour into my cup and reheat if it isn't hot enough. I lose less flavor doing this than with my old 12 cup where it sat for hours on the burner.
Does anyone have a senseo coffee maker?
