I am originally from the UK but relocated to mainland Spain nearly five years ago now, and my love and experience of food has grown dramatically in that time, thats why I joined a foodies forum, so I could share my ideas and find some new ones!!

Tilapia is a nice piece of fish to get. It's light and flaky and takes seasoning very well. I worked in a seafood restaurant and fish market all through college so I've had a love of seafood for most of my life.

My favorite are steamers, or steamer clams. Not regular clams that are steamed, they are a different type all together. Some people refer to them as "piss clams" for obvious reasons once you've seen and handled them. I won't say anymore than that because there are ladies present

I enjoy lobster more than anything but can't always afford it so I eat a lot of shrimp. You can do a lot with it but one of my favorite dishes is Angel Hair pasta with Shrimp and garlic. You cook the garlic in a little olive oil until it is crisp and then ad you shrimp and cook it until it is done, finally tossing it with the pasta. It is wonderful.

Yes, I am also one of those that have ate little seafood. What is the best seafood to eat? My doctor told me seafood should be part of my diet.
