Tiny, Artful Portions?
When you go to a fancy restaurant, do you like getting tiny, artfully plated portions? I recently went to a restaurant that got great reviews and was presented with a "salad" that had to have only about three tablespoons of vegetables in it with a load of parsley thrown on top and a sprig of rosemary in the middle.
My dining companions oohed and ahhhed at how pretty and chic it looked. All I could think of was, "Where is my salad?
Do you like small artful servings or does a good plate of food have all the beauty requirements you need in a serving?
