La Hacienda was Highlighted as the best Gourmet Mexican Restaurant in Phoenix. I've had the opportunity to eat there once and we chose a Mexican dish that was simply amazing. Though they get rave reviews on everything from their crab meat enchiladas to their rack of lamb.
If you are ever in the area this is one place you just can not go wrong with.
