Menudo is beans and cow innards, at lest I think it is cow. I tried some once. I was young and stupid. I could see the little fringey things that pass food along the digestive tract in the cow's belly. I couldn't eat it.
Mexicans around here swear that it will cure a hangover.

Liver! Liver and onions, gravy, rice, whatever ....didn't like it as a child, despise it now. Also -anchovies, and anything raw that's "supposed to be" cooked, like fish or beef ...
I cannot abide hot dogs, overcooked green peppers, or canned peas. Anything with a foamy texture that's been chopped, processed and re-formed like chicken nuggets or veal patties grosses me out.
I wonder why so many people dont like liver, I do.
In answer to you FT, my tastes have change from when I was a child, I eat so many vegetables that I often find myself thinking, if my dad was here now, he just wouldnt believe it!!!
