The Four Corners Region

I haven't been in years, but one of the most memorable trips I enjoyed was going to The Four Corners Region. I was about 15 when we went and we stayed at a Holiday Inn on the reservation.

Now, there is a casino and a pottery factory along with the Ute Mountain Tribal Park where visitors get a glimpse of the ancestral ruins.

For those interested in Native American culture, both pas and present, It is a great way to learn while relaxing.

I have always wanted to get to the Four Corners, but the plans never pan out. One of these days I hope to fit it into a road trip.
