Grand Canyon Railway

I have done the trip from Williams, AZ to the Grand Canyon several times. It is a really fun way to get to the Grand Canyon and also adds some fun Old Wild West feel to a trip to AZ. As a kid my favorite thing was getting Coke in a glass bottle as you rode the train. The fake train hijacking is also a fun thing, although really young kids sometimes get scared by it. The train trip can be a one day trip from Williams or you can stay at lodging at the Grand Canyon a few days before returning to Williams. Also, in Williams there is a nice place to stay associated with the Grand Canyon Railway.

I love the Grand Canyon, my parents took me as a kid. I have been white river rafting through the canyon and I am always looking for new ways to visit the Grand Canyon.

Most definitely one of thee most popular tourist attractions. It is amazing how much attention a big giant hole brings about...lol.. but it is impressive and I have visited it many times.
