Umm, We were able to get somethings off of our fried harddrive. My husband who is a computer person(I'm just a computer user) took it to work and was able to get a lot of our stuff off of it but not all.
If you still have it it is worth a shot to salvage!
Beautiful picture. I love how it looks like your totally isolated by yourself. This is a great series and cannot wait for the next picture. I will have to gather some of mine own.

That is like the worst thing you can do is lose your pictures from vacations. I really would hate to be in that position.
The Molly Kathleen Gold Mine in Cripple Creek is one of the tours I took in middle school, that I will never forget. I haven't gone back as adult, yet, because I am much more leery of mines than I was during the school excursion!
If you ever need to get a good feel for what miner's went through, the tour is an education!
