My expertise really is in comfort food not in gourmet dinners. I appreciate fine dining, but I can't deliver it. My best dish right now is a bunless burger that is more of a salad with a grilled hamburger on top. It is my way of trying to eat a little healthier.
Also, having a chef over for dinner is one thing, but having a whole television crew over to cook at my house ...... give me a few years while I redecorate and knock out a few walls and install new lighting and ............. and ..................
I don't think I can do this in this lifetime, maybe next?
