You can find a list of all the parks at
Find a Park. If you just click search by name and show all it lists them all alphabetically. On that page you can search by other ways too. I do not know how to contact the National Park Service. The best bet, though, is to try to contact some of the parks you are interested in visiting directly.
Many of the parks do have cabins, hotels/lodges, or at least lodging right outside the park. As for wheelchair accessible lodging that may sometimes still be hard to find because many of the National Parks facilities have not been updated recently.
