| Winter Camping Checklist | This form is a checklist for winter camping. |
| Patrol Box Checklist | This form is a checklist for basic patrol box contents. |
| Meeting Planning | This form provides guidance on planning meetings. |
| Camp Out Planning | This form provides guidance on planning campouts. |
| Medical Form Class 1&2 | A current (within 36 months) copy of this form must be on file with the troop. The class 2 form must be signed by a doctor. |
| Medical Form Class 3 | A current (within one year) copy of this form must be one file for youth and adults to participate in High Adventure outings (including some camporees and summer camps!). We strongly encourage all scouts to have one of these on file with the troop. It must be completed by a doctor and requires a physical, so plan ahead to avoid missing a trip. |
| Merit Badge Counseler Application | This form, along with an Adult Leadership application, must be completed and approved to serve as a Merit Badge Counseler. |
