This stone cottage is the Normandy Cottage that is part of the Milford National Historic District in Milford Pennsylvania. The Normandy Cottage was built in 1903 and is just one of several important buildings in this tiny town. The cottage was added to the register in 1998.
From the original historic district application: "The district's single example of the Tudor Revival style, with its characteristic stucco and half-timbered exterior finish, is the 1903 Normandy Cottage (219 Board Street). " *1
