Dora's Italian Restaurant is contemporary, clean and cool. The blue and white color scheme is beautifully offset by golden hardwood floors and artwork from a local gallery.
They serve an Italian menu with creative flair. Steaks and seafood are also available. Presently, Dora is BYOB, open for lunch Monday through Friday, and for dinner seven nights a week.
Be sure and leave a star rating for Dora on the right, and write a review if you have time.
:::::Update::::: February 1, 2008
Dora continues to get rave reviews from it's loyal fans in Clinton and the surrounding area. In fact, of all of our local restaurant listings, Dora now is #1 in the number or positive reviews listed on Frenchtowner and the number of positive Gold Star rankings. I guess they are just doing something right.
:::::Update::::: February 16, 2008
Dora now has a website on RewardsNetwork.com. You might want to check them out.

We had dinner this evening at Dora's, and while the setting was very nice, the food was disappointing. The bread was tough, the penne with eggplant was swimming in oil, and the seafood in the fra diablo was tasteless.

Do not go to this resturant on a busy night. This expensive resturant becomes a Fast Food house. After less than one and one half hours, and three rushed courses, we were lectured to at our table and told that we were taking too long. We were then refused dessert as the restaurant needed us to leave so they could give the table to friends of theirs. Believe us, this is not a resturant where you want to go!

This is an excellent restaurant! Slightly offbeat recipes prepared perfectly. This is a must visit for dinner in Clinton

The excellent food was only surpassed by the service, we felt as if we had 6 or 7 servers taking care of our every need. They served our group of 20+ with the quality and timing as if we were no more then a group of 5. Wonderfull atmosphere
We do not live close but will make a point to return. Leave room for dessert.

This is a WONDERFUL resturant with every attention to detail! The outside dining is a great alternative in the warmer months. Excellent menu!
