==========
Note, on Friday night, we had the corned beef and cabbage, the Colcannon and the Irish soda bread and they were all fabulous. The corned beef was beautifully seasoned with an excellent sauce and the cabbage was some of the best we've ever eaten. Chef Val uses a cream sauce with it that makes it extraordinary. The soda bread was so good it made me wonder why people don't make this all year long.
